Stressed Assets in the Banking Sector are a bane to the Economy anywhere anytime any place. Stressed Assets represent a lot of investment sitting idle, capacity either less utilized or not utilized at all, leading to erosion of capital as opposed to the intended aim of formation of capital in the Economy. A lot of wealth can be unlocked by solving stress situation across industries. The recently made law; IBC 2017 Code has provided much needed shot in the arm for the resolution of such stressed assets.

We, at Ravexim, intend to advise Corporates on avoiding/solving financial stress situation, We are also looking forward to advising Banks/FIs on identifying the possible solutions for their stressed assets including Non Performing Assets (NPAs). We also intend to assist the Financial Creditors/Consortium of Creditors for realizing maximum value in the process of Insolvency Resolution under the ambit of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
